Alphalinc Supply-Chain Product Delivery

Built and evolved a supply-chain management product while also contributing to the internal framework and delivery tooling that supported multiple customer environments.

Alphalinc was an important growth phase in my career because it combined product delivery with internal engineering leverage. I was not only implementing business-facing functionality, but also helping improve the shared framework and build/deploy tooling the company relied on.

That mix taught me an early lesson that still shows up in my work today: product teams move faster when framework and delivery decisions are treated as part of the product problem, not as background chores.

The distributed team setup also reinforced habits around communication, iteration, and predictable delivery that became even more important in later architecture and platform roles.
